Aging propagandist, de-licensed MD Stephen Barrett, operating his internet business www.quackwatch.com out of his basement at 2419 West Greenleaf Street, Allentown, PA advertises (among other things) for people to sue leading-edge health professionals, on his website.

Barrett claims to be a consumer advocate (go ahead and laugh). I see Barrett as an ugly little man of no professional consequence, who attacks his betters because of his own limitation and failings.

The American legal system was set up by our forefathers to right wrongs.  It was never intended to be used to harass others.  In fact, there are built in safeguards within the system to insure that abuse does not happen.

Barrett, and other members of his sleaze organization, however, openly, and gleefully use the SYSTEM to harass those he has targeted for destruction.  How?  By filing, or causing to be filed,  fake, or no merit lawsuits. Sometimes, they do this by filing suits in inappropriate places, or after time limits are up for suits. - just to cause their target to spend money to defend.

There is an interesting website called HEALTH FREEDOM LAW that gives LEGAL details of Barrett's attack against Hulda Clark.

Simply explained, Barrett, and his henchmen, have arranged four separate legal attacks against Clark and her support network.  All of the attacks are designed to force Clark to spend her RESEARCH funds, and her STUDY funds on legal issues.

Barrett, and his henchmen, are using this tactic to prevent Clark from PROVING her theories.

The first attack was the Figueroa vs. Clark case, the details of which can be found, not only on the Health Freedom Law website, but on another page on his website called "By Whom, How, and Why, is Dr. Clark Being Attacked?".  This fake lawsuit, against Clark and 21 other defendants, is grinding to a conclusion.  Barrett's attorney was unable to produce any evidence - indeed, he was unable even to produce his Plaintiffs, even when the court ordered it.

The second attack was the charges filed against Clark in Indiana.  I have good reason to believe that Barrett was behind Clark's arrest.  He, and/or his henchmen, had contact with the Indiana prosecutor, had hired a private investigator to finger Clark in San Diego, for the FBI extradition unit that arrested her in San Diego.  Barrett, et al, then conducted a media campaign (that failed) in Indiana, to discredit Clark, and attempt to sway the public against Clark.

The third attack was not directly against Hulda Clark, but against another leader in the North American Health Freedom Movement  - Joe Mercola, DO.  Barrett sued Mercola, not in Illinois where Joe lives, and practices, but in Allentown, PA.  This suit is obviously designed to discourage health freedom activists from discussing Barrett, and his henchmen's, activities.

The fourth attack is Barrett, and two of his minions, suing Clark, myself, and some others, for alleged Defamation over publishing, or republishing, opinions about Barrett's activities.
