Make sure the products you buy are free from toxins...

In the back of each of Dr. Clark's books are lists of places that Dr. Clark feels sell "clean" products.  

Clark's concern is that it does no good to take supplements that were packaged using a process that put some toxin, like benzene, or isopropyl alcohol, right back into your system with the supplement.

Supplement suppliers, like health food stores, take care to purchase the best products they can find, for their customers.  But, often, Clark tests something, and finds pollutants.  It just happens.  She has not found out why that happens, but suspects it must be something in the packaging process.

If you are buying from a health food store - ask.  They are there to help you.  Ask what they know about the company that made the product, and who the parent company is.  If in doubt, get the manufacturer's 800 number and ask them direct.

Health food store owners, and employees, are generally pretty knowledgeable about products.  Don't hesitate to ask for help.

 If you don't have  a really good health food store around you, by all means try the internet.  There are those internet sites that specialize in carrying "clean" products. And, like in health food stores, there are those who can talk to you knowledgably about products.  Sometimes they can share experiences with you.

If you are looking for a zapper, instead of building your own, there is a myriad of them out there.  The internet is the place to look.  You just have to get one that fits Dr. Clark's specifications.  From what I've seen, most of them do.  Go to any search engine and type in the word "zapper" and start reading.

The Road To Health Newsletter has been around about six years - provides both web and hard copy newsletters, and products. Phone and e-mail.

Dr. Clark Research Association has been around since 1999. They will answer questions by e-mail.
